Seal the Seasons, Inc. Lease — 501 W. Franklin Street - Suites 105 and 106 <br /> The Board considered: 1) approving a two year Lease Agreement with Seal the Seasons, Inc. <br /> for 1,704 square feet of administrative office space within Suites 105 and 106 of the County <br /> owned Bentley Building located at 501 West Franklin Street in Chapel Hill; and 2) authorizing <br /> the Chair to execute the Resolution for Lease and the Lease Agreement upon final County <br /> Attorney review. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he wanted to highlight this, as it is an example of something <br /> the Board wanted to achieve as part of its economic development goals. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br /> approve approving a two year Lease Agreement with Seal the Seasons, Inc. for 1,704 square <br /> feet of administrative office space within Suites 105 and 106 of the County owned Bentley <br /> Building located at 501 West Franklin Street in Chapel Hill; and 2) authorize the Chair to <br /> execute the Resolution for Lease and the Lease Agreement upon final County Attorney <br /> review. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> e. Orange Public Transportation (OPT) Mid-day Connector Route Fee Waiver for "Try <br /> Transit" Campaign <br /> The Board considered approving the waiver of all rider fees for OPT's Mid-day Connector <br /> Route during the week of October 23 through 28, 2017 in support of the "Try Transit" <br /> Campaign led by the Healthy Carolinians' Access Committee. <br /> Commissioner Price asked if the times of the waiver, for this promotion, could be <br /> identified, and if it could be expanded to all day. <br /> Theo Letman, Transit Director, said it will be for the entire Hill-to-Hill route. He said the <br /> circulator service already has no fare. He said this will be all day, for that week. <br />
