FSA is
a "collective impact" initiative modeled on Harlem Children's Zone and other place-based
cradle-to-college/career programs throughout the country. This model entails making a long-
term commitment to the community that grows over time as more children are embraced by the
pipeline of services and supports provided.
Staff will present an overview of FSA's major accomplishments over the past three years, as
findings from initial evaluation efforts. Staff will also project the anticipated scope of
services/programs in the coming years and an overview of potential external funding
opportunities.
Family Success Alliance
Impact Report and Update
Coby Austin & Claudia Yerena • BOCC Meeting • 9/5/17
Tonight's Presentation:
• What have we accomplished?
• What are we up to now?
• Where are we headed?
