She has served two full terms <br />and is not eligible for reappointment. The Board of Health is recommending Dr. Anissa Vines to serve in <br />the position that Dr. White is vacating. If appointed, Dr. Vines will be serving her first full term, ending <br />6/30/2009. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one new appointment to the Board of Health. <br />
