ESO provides a period of <br /> instruction for approximately two hours with, generally, two or three individuals. <br /> Installing ESO ePCR Mobile for the first time involves the following steps: <br /> • Install prerequisites if necessary(included as part of installation package) <br /> • Install mobile application and software for cardiac monitor interface (part of installation <br /> package)—ESO interfaces a variety of cardiac monitor devices <br /> Milestone 4: Online Administrative Training (admin/overview) <br /> Deliverable: Online Training <br /> This activity typically occurs within one week after ESO receives the completed setup file from <br /> the agency. <br /> Online administrative training is intended for system administrators and takes place relatively <br /> early in the implementation process. Training objectives and activities include: <br /> • A brief overview of the ESO ePCR application <br /> • Configuration and maintenance of the ESO administrative console <br /> o Adding a company logo <br /> o Assigning user names <br /> o Assigning roles and claims <br /> o Loading agency-specific, custom forms <br /> o Adding agency-specific billing authorization language <br /> o Establishing agency password and lockout policies <br /> o Creating data retention, patient lookup and update settings <br /> o Creating new users and assigning user roles and login credentials <br /> • Adding additional facilities, units, vehicles etc. beyond those entered by ESO during <br /> initial system setup <br /> • Configuration and maintenance of clinical data such as interventions, therapies and <br /> medications <br /> This training is generally three hours in duration and should be attended by anyone who will be <br /> participating in the administration of the ePCR system and who has a good understanding of the <br />
