Approximate time: 2 sessions each day lasting about 3 —3.5 hours for <br /> EHR. Same information is repeated in each session so providers only <br /> need to attend 1 (2°a session offered for scheduling flexibility). The 3 <br /> days of EHR training will cover all the operations of medical incident <br /> reporting (navigation, operations, tips, and CAD importing). We will <br /> make every effort to accommodate the scheduling needs of the client. If <br /> you have days already on the calendar for training or follow a specific <br /> regimen, let us know on the kickoff call and we will plan accordingly. <br /> Training should be completed no less than 7-10 days prior to go-live. <br /> 9. Regulatory Compliance/Data Reporting <br /> a. Approximate time: ESO will configure your state reporting extracts and <br /> begin reporting for your department at the required cadence immediately <br /> upon go-live. <br /> 10. System Testing <br /> a. Approximate time: Ongoing throughout implementation. As each <br /> milestone is completed, ESO/client will verify and adjust if needed. <br /> 11. System Go-live and Post-implementation Support <br /> a. Approximate time: The Training and Implementation team will be the <br /> primary resource for the client during Implementation and for 30 days <br /> after go-live. Support will be available as well, and will become the <br /> primary resource after 30 days. <br /> Detailed Work Plan <br /> Milestone 1: Project Kickoff <br /> Deliverables Introductory Kickoff Conference Call <br /> Agency Key Players Worksheet <br /> ESO Considerations <br /> Formal Kickoff Conference Call Vendor Contacts <br /> Formal Kickoff Conference Call <br /> Meeting Notes & Timeline <br /> Project Management Expectations <br /> To initiate the implementation process, the ESO Client Services administrator will contact the <br /> agency's project manager("introductory call") to schedule a kickoff conference call, At this <br /> time, ESO will send the project manager a project planning worksheet on which s/he can identify <br /> the key players from the organization who will participate in the project implementation and the <br /> ongoing administration of the software, including, but not limited to, agency administrators. At <br /> that time, ESO also will send the project manager a document that highlights areas that the <br /> agency will need to consider during the transition to the ESO ePCR Suite. These may include the <br /> need to re-define certain terminology as well as outline new procedures for the organization's <br /> day-to-day operations. The agency will receive a detailed list of these areas during project <br /> implementation. <br />
