The assigned implementation manager remains <br /> the primary point of contact for 60-90 days post go-live to make sure the process is running <br /> smoothly. After that initial time period, while the implementation manager and regional account <br /> manager are always available to you, the primary point of contact of any issues becomes our <br /> support department. <br /> Summary Work Plan and Timeline <br /> 1. Project Kickoff <br /> a. Approximate time: within 1 week of contract execution <br /> 2. Information Gathering and System Setup <br /> a. Approximate time: 1-2 weeks post kick-off(we will have the agency set <br /> up within 1 week of receipt of information/set-up files). The rest of <br /> implementation cascades from this milestone. <br /> 3. Installation of Mobile Software and Cardiac Monitor Interface <br /> a. Approximate time: This can be started as soon as set up is complete. It's <br /> completed locally by the customer(with assistance from ESO if needed) <br /> and is dependent upon customer resources to allocate to the task and <br /> access to hardware. I would estimate the actual install will take about 15 <br /> minutes per tablet(maximum). <br /> 4. Online Administrative Training (admin/overview) <br /> a. Approximate time: This is done by facilitated webinar and can be <br /> scheduled with ESO as soon as set up is complete and concurrently with <br /> #3, 5&6. Class is approximately 2.5-3 hours. It is typically completed <br /> within 2 weeks of set up completion. Local configuration of the software <br /> by the customer will take place after Admin training (this is configuring <br /> the software for local policy and protocol) and, depending upon <br /> resources, is usually completed within 2 weeks of Admin training. <br /> 5. Mobile Testing Software <br /> a. Approximate time: Can be done on install and ongoing during end-user <br /> training. <br /> 6. Billing Interface <br /> a. Approximate time: ESO will configure the billing extract as soon as set <br /> up is complete. Test records will be created during testing and training <br /> and can be used to verify extract data is flowing and appropriate. <br /> 7. Online Administrative Training (QM/reporting) <br /> a. Approximate time: Facilitated webinars occurring weekly. Can be <br /> registered for and completed by the client at their convenience prior to go <br /> live. Each class is 1 hour in length. <br />
