During the last six months of the program: <br /> l. 50%of MDPP participants complete three of the monthly MDPP Lifestyle Classes <br /> 2. 33%of MDPP participants complete six of the monthly MDPP Lifestyle Classes <br /> 12. Track participant and program data, including program outcom s,in the Wake Fores School of <br /> Medicine Minority DPP du1uuuhuohptiou service database("MDPP database"). <br /> 13.
