<br /> Old 86 Light Industry/Flex Park extension of=ircto the site and needed road improvements.Keeping cost low is a top priority for this project due to the lack of $1,200,000 $960,000 $960,000 Town of Carrboro
<br /> affordable space in the community.RFPs forthe project will go out in Jan.2018.The land would be continued to be owned by the
<br /> Town.Construction ofthe parkwould begin in June of 2018.Sewer and road improvements would take approximately one year to

<br /> within Orange County and would serve small business owners including those who live in rural Orange.
