Receive the interlocal agreement between Orange County and the Town of Hillsborough <br /> as detailed in this abstract and contained in Attachment 1; and <br /> 2. Authorize the Chair to sign the interlocal agreement with County Manager approval for <br /> outlined aspects of the agreement pending County Attorney review. <br />
