People come <br /> from the surrounding areas, often bringing visiting guests from outside the area and <br /> other states. <br /> • Arts & Crafts juried art show- Approximately 1500 people for this April event come <br /> from surrounding counties and other states. <br /> • Last Fridays- between 1,000 and 2,000 people per event, April through September; <br /> 15% are tourists coming from surrounding counties and other states. <br /> • Winter Solstice Lantern Walk- 2,000 people from surrounding counties <br /> • Art Walk-300/night for extended season (February, March, October, and November); <br /> 600/night for regular season (April - September), with people from surrounding <br /> counties. <br /> • Handmade Parade-2,000 to 3,000 thousand people from surrounding counties and <br /> other states. <br /> • Free Spirit Freedom- 100 per event (once or twice a year). Expect events in Jan and <br /> Feb 2018. Ongoing displays draws people from surrounding counties and other <br /> states. <br /> • Handmade Parade- 600 participants, 3,500 audience on the 3rd Sunday of October, <br /> on even years. 50% are tourists from around the country. <br /> • Art in Education- School year programs are underway and vary by schools.
