Since Ms. Coston was the only person who was <br />included in the meeting, I presume that the others either didn't need to come or' the Manager <br />didn't feel that they needed to be there. <br />Ted Triebel: We need to sort that out, so that when we come back to the BOCC, they don't say, <br />why did the Planning Board approve this without all of the information? Have they been pulsed <br />or not? <br />Glenn Bowles: No, they have not. <br />Ted Triebel: Then we need to confirm with John Lirilc that that is OK. <br />Craig Benedict: John Link referred this issue to Gwen Harvey the Assistant County Manager, <br />who is in charge of human services and Gwen is the intermediate supervisor to Nancy Coston <br />and all human services. Gwen pulled together the people that she thought, under the direction of <br />John Link, who should be included. We can clarify from Gwen that it was her decision that <br />these other two people were not necessazy and Ms. Coston's responses was sufficient. <br />Ted Triebel: On p. 0.3, g, "bible schools", What vacation period are we talking about? <br />Glenn Bowles: Summer vacations, <br />Ted Triebel: Different schools, such as year round schools, wouldn't count under this. Year <br />round schools have different vacation periods at irregular times. <br />Glenn Bowles: It states non-public schools. <br />Ted Triebel: But we're also talking about public schools. <br />Glenn Bowles: This is from the State regulations. <br />Ted Triebel: P. 005, "free from conditions dangerous to physical and moral welfare of the <br />children." Is that our language? <br />Glenn Bowles: Yes, It is our present zoning language, <br />Ted Triebel: I'm not sure what that means, Seems like a slippery slope as to what is moral <br />welfare, and who defines it. <br />
