EMS Grants Inventory <br />PURPOSE: To approve budget ordinance and grant project ordinance amendments for fiscal <br />year2005-06. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Department on Aging <br />1. The Community Based Services division within the Department on Aging has received <br />notification of additional State Senior Center General Purpose funds totaling $16,362 for this <br />fiscal year. These funds will be used to purchase aclient/service tracking component of the <br />department's RecTrac software program. The required 25% local match is currently <br />budgeted in the department's fiscal year 2005-06 budget.. This budget amendment provides <br />for the receipt of these funds for the above stated purpose. (See Attachment 1, column #1) <br />The Department on Aging has also received additional Medicaid reimbursement funds of <br />$8,475 related to the Community Alternatives Program, These funds will be used to <br />purchase additional services for Eldercare clients, This budget amendment provides far the <br />receipt of these additional funds for the above stated purpose, (See Attachment 1, column <br />#2) <br />The Department on Aging has received $3,260 in fees collected from participants during this <br />fiscal year in the Wellness Program's "Fit Feet" clinic program. These funds are used to <br />
