It will <br /> use sodium hyper chloride to make ease of mixing the solution simple and exact to .4 mg/l. This will be the <br /> first injection in line from the well but before the 1500 gallon storage tank. The storage tank will also be the <br /> contact tank. Another 115v Stinner pump 30 gallon tank, which is whit/clear, will be for the soda ash injection. <br /> Soda ash is easier to handle and is the least toxic PH booster to use. Plus it does not add any hardness to the <br /> water so that a water softener will not be needed.It will require a mixer for the solution in the 30gallon tank. It <br /> will have a timer that turns the mixer every 12hrs for 30-60 minutes. The 1500 gallon storage tank will also be <br /> used as the contact tank for the PH boosting. After the booster pump we will install 2, 1.5 cubic foot Auto <br /> filters. These will be in tandem so that if a large volume of water is used at one time it can filter the water <br /> without a pressure drop. These units will take care of the iron, sediment and silt. It also filters all the way down <br /> to 5 micron and is self cleaning. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSULATING THE PIPES BACK. We <br /> will cut out as little as possible to install the system. Water will need to be turned off to the building and the <br /> 1500 gallon tank will also need top be drained. <br /> 2 years parts and labor warranty <br /> Lowest maintenance system I could design for the water quality and usage. <br /> The chlorinator and the soda ash injections units will require a weekly check and probably a month to bi <br /> monthly mixing of chemicals. There will be left over chemicals for future maintence. Both can be ordered of <br /> online. <br /> The auto filters will require a dump and re bed every 2-8 years depending on how much water is used in the <br /> future.
