Remove loose mortar and debris from concrete block steps to front porch.. <br />NOTE: After loose mortar and debris aze removed, if further damage is <br />discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet <br />to review the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost <br />for any additional work. Supply and install new mortar material to repair <br />gaps and restore existing steps top proper working order. New materials <br />and finishes to match existing as close as practical. <br />9. Remove existing crown molding from walls/ceilings throughout house. <br />Prepare existing ceiling and ceiling tiles to provide uniform surface for <br />installation of new sheetroclc overlay.. Supply and install new %" <br />sheetrock at all ceilings through interior of house, including tape and <br />texture, complete., Supply and install new paint-grade crown molding <br />throughout, complete. New materials and finishes to match existing as <br />close as is practical. <br />10. Remove existing access door panel and flaming in rear foundation wall to <br />accommodate installation of new access door, Supply and install new <br />framing and new access door framed and crass-braced with 2 x 4 treated <br />lumber and'/4" plywood face, galvanized metal hinges, locking hasp and <br />lock, complete. <br />11. Remove five (5) existing interior door panels and prepare existing door <br />frame, ,jamb and trim for installation of new door panels, Supply and <br />install new flush-panel paint-grade door panels at same locations, <br />including all hardwaze, privacy locksets, door knobs, complete. New <br />materials to match existing as close as practical. <br />
