Materials, style and color to match existing as close as practical, Contractor to supply owner with written warranty for materials and labor. B. EXTERIOR DOORS 1. Remove existing front storm door. Remove existing front door including frarne and threshold. Make repairs to accommodate installation of new exterior pre-hung front door. Supply and install new exterior pre-hung front door, including all necessary hazdware, keyed door knob, deadbolt lock and peephole, complete. New material to match existing as close as practical. C WINDOWS & SCREENS 1. Remove existing windows and frames at eleven (11) locations. Malce repairs to accommodate installation of new vinyl replacement window inserts. Supply and install new double-hung, dual-pane vinyl replacement window inserts with locks and full screen..
