ROOF TRIM, SOFFIT & GUTTER/DOWNSPOUTS <br />1, Remove gutters and downspouts from house. Replace damaged <br />material on rake trim, fascia and soffit throughout exterior of house.. <br />NOTE: After removal work is complete, if further damage is <br />discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will <br />meet to review the work, determine a course of action and, if <br />necessary, a cost for any additional work. Wrap rake trim, fascia and <br />soffit throughout exterior of house with Tyvek. Supply azrd install new <br />pre-finished white aluminum coil stock over rake trim, fascia and <br />soffit throughout exterior of house. Materials, style and color to match <br />existing as close as practical, Contractor to supply owner with written <br />warranty for materials and labor. <br />B. EXTERIOR DOORS <br />1. Remove existing front storm door. Remove existing front door <br />including frarne and threshold. Make repairs to accommodate <br />installation of new exterior pre-hung front door. Supply and install <br />new exterior pre-hung front door, including all necessary hazdware, <br />keyed door knob, deadbolt lock and peephole, complete. New <br />material to match existing as close as practical. <br />C WINDOWS & SCREENS <br />1. Remove existing windows and frames at eleven (11) locations. Malce <br />repairs to accommodate installation of new vinyl replacement window <br />inserts. Supply and install new double-hung, dual-pane vinyl <br />replacement window inserts with locks and full screen.. Where original <br />exterior frame, trim and sill are exposed, supply and install white pre- <br />finished aluminum coil stock to cover exposed components, includhrg <br />wood spacers on existing wood trim to create uniform surfaces, Sizes <br />and styles to match existing as close as practical. <br />
