Throughout Living Room, Hall, and all three Bedrooms remove existing <br />carpet and rug floor coverings, pad and tack strips., NOTE: After existing <br />carpet and rug floor coverings are removed, if further damage is <br />discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet <br />to review the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost <br />for any additional work.
