The Director will do the following: <br /> • Increase community engagement <br /> • Increase Service Provider/Non-Profit/Government Agencies Engagement <br /> • Increase engagement of funding community <br /> • Research and develop comprehensive list of organizations that impact males of <br /> color <br /> • Plan and organize targeted outreach events to these organizations <br /> • Attend community events to provide information on MBK <br /> • Research best practices to increase website traffic, social media engagement, and <br /> other communication outlets <br /> • Develop and analyze custom data reports to illustrate the impact of MBK and <br /> recommend how to integrate results into sustainable efforts <br /> AmeriCorps VISTA Members (3) —TBD <br /> MBK Orange County VISTAs will advance the MBK agenda in Orange County in <br /> partnership with Movement of Youth (host agency) and various stakeholders.
