For each, briefly describe the coordinated/collaborative eff � <br /> os. <br /> o Family Success Alliance: CCSA is a partner in the United Way-funded, collaborative work <br /> of the Family Success Alliance, the initiative currently led by the Orange / Hea|th <br /> Department to improve services and outcomes for children and families in high needs <br /> areas of Orange County (Zones 4 and 6). As part of the collaborative, CCSA provides child <br /> care education and referral and scholarship support to families identified and prioritized for <br /> services by Zone Navigators. <br /> ▪ Orange County Child Care Programs and Community Service Providers: CCSA provides <br /> on-site education and referral support to families at child care program and other <br /> community-based locations. CCSA has assisted child care programs that have needed to <br /> close their doors, provided on-site assistance at NCPreK events, and participated in <br /> community events with Orange County and Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schmo/a, St. Thomas <br /> More Catholic Church, and El Centro Latino, among others.
