The proposed lease agreements will be designed for renewal by the BOCC on an annual basis, <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact in approving the lease agreements since <br />they maintain a practice that has historically enabled a nonprofit organization to provide human <br />services through a recognized community portal. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve entering into <br />initial one year lease agreements with CFN as described, with final documents to be signed by <br />the Chair pending final review by staff and County Attorney. <br />
