<br /> movement, and various struggles with equality
<br /> that many African and Mexican Americans faced Class Times are Rotated Each Week
<br /> during that time. Through the exploration of drama 8:00-8:45
<br /> games, improvisations, and scripts, students will 8:50-9:35
<br /> explore events during the Civil Rights Movement, 9:40-10:25
<br /> and activists such as Martin Luther King, Jr., Rosa 10:30-11:15
<br /> Parks, Ruby Bridges, Cesar Chavez, and Sylvia Break
<br /> Mendez, and learn how their determination to fight 12:00-12:45
<br /> for equality and positive change, shaped the Civil
<br /> Rights Movement, and our country. On the final
<br /> day, students will have an open class while
<br /> sharing a culmination of their work.
