This would literally put tickets into the hands of
families that have few opportunities to experience the benefits of live performance together. We would
set aside 100 tickets for Carless, 100 for Mister G, 50 for RankyTanky, 125 for Waldman, and 125 for
Galumpha for a total of 500 free tickets.
The ArtsCenter is a family-friendly location with clean and safe facilities, access for wheelchair and
buggies, accessible toilet and baby changing facilities for both male and female guardians, free drinking
water, and healthy food and beverage options available.
The ArtsCenter has provided artistically excellent, age-appropriate,and accessible arts performance
experiences to Orange County youth and families since 1982. Our Youth Education department includes
School Shows,Artist-In-Residence sessions, summer ArtsCamps,Afterschool Arts Immersion, the Ready
for K pilot project, and Youth Arts Classes. Through our 35 years in presenting quality youth arts
programming,we have gained a strong perspective of local family needs and knowledge of talented
touring artists who are family oriented.
Thank you for your consideration of support for our ArtSparks Series Complimentary Community
Tickets program for 2017-18.
Sincerely,
Jul" ", omkovick
e,elopment Director
Attachments:
✓ ArtSparks performer descriptions
✓ ArtSparks series budget
