We <br /> work with a professional graphic designer to create a visual representation of each <br /> upcoming concert theme and carry that art throughout our marketing materials,. <br /> These printed materials include posters, postcards, and business-size cards that <br /> members distribute to publicize our concerts Some sample marketing materials <br /> from previous concerts are attached to this application. In addition, we promote <br /> concerts via our website (womensvoiceschorus.orgl, Facehook page, and .paid <br /> advertising with Triangle Sings, CVNC.org, and WC PE and IA/CIIL radio stations, <br /> 9. P ROJECT EVALLIATi ON <br /> The chorus keeps detailed records of concert attendance, cost, and earnings. These <br /> include numbers of adult, group, and ,student attendees, in addition, we track ticket <br /> p resales, door sales, donations, and CD/DVD purchases; method of purchase,such as <br /> chorus member sales, online sales, and mail sales, and even sales by chorus section. <br /> The Wig: Board and Artistic Director review these details regularly, and will do the <br /> for our January 2018 concert, to evaluate how to more effectively reach <br /> community members and grow our audience base. <br /> In ,addition to our own analysis, our concerts are regularly reviewed and receive <br /> accolades such as these from local reviewers: <br /> "The program 'Dance the World 'Round' presented by the Women's Voices Chorus <br /> featuring six choreographed dances of all different styles, also included myriad. <br /> instrumentalists, aid every single piece was unique, or had a surprise twist.
