FINANCIAL IMPACT: North Carolina Department of Transportation, Public Transportation <br />Division will provide all funding tc continue with the Regional Transportation Development Plan <br />process. No matching funds are required from the County. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the <br />report/presentation from Urbitran, and consider approval of Phase Two of the Regional <br />Transportation Development Plan process, consisting of further analysis of implementation <br />impacts associated with the proposed coordination or consolidation of community transpartatian <br />systems. Final decisions relative to coordination or consclidation rest solely with the individual <br />elected boards of commissioners. <br />
