In April of 2012 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of <br /> the bold French ballet, "The Rite of Spring," Carolina Performing Arts held a year of <br /> performances, which included 11 commissions of new work and nine world premieres, <br /> interdisciplinary discussions and collaborations all over the UNC-CH campus. Commissioned <br /> to photograph the year's worth of events, 15,000 images were created and catalogued that <br /> documented the commemoration.
