Describe all artists to be involved in the project, how andvvhythoyvverechosen. ondthenateofpoymantfortheir <br /> services. If you have not yet selected the artists, describe the kinds of artists you intend to involve and how you will <br /> select them. (Schools, please indicate if you are working with The ArtsCenter's Arts in School program to secure your <br /> artists). Please include the ethnicity of artists or instructors hired for the project. <br /> The funds requested are to partially fund the salary of the part-time Program Director, who is the driving force behind <br /> the HAC's new activities, including making this position self-sustaining. This individual was selected last year after <br /> months of interviews. She has proven herself beyond expectations and continues to do so. The HAG is certified with <br /> the OC Living Wage program. <br /> 8. Describe how the project will be publicized and promoted to reach intended participants. <br /> HAC uses more than 30 media outlets. Events and programs are often promoted via The News of Orange County <br /> Posters around town, radio(WUNC, WNCU, WHUP), the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough, email, Facebook and <br /> other social media. <br /> 9. Describe how you will evaluate the project. <br /> Ongoing Activities will continue to be managed by committees of volunteers. Success will be gauged by attendance <br /> estimates and net financial results. <br /> New Activities have been broken down into six goals, each with bulleted list of tasks(see item 6, above). Progress <br /> towards each of the six goals will be measured separately for each of its bulleted tasks. <br />
