Since coming to the Triangle, she has worked with many prominent music organizations including <br /> Long Leal Opera Company, Opera Company of North Carolina, Eastern Music Festival, Mallarme <br /> Chamber Players, VOICES, and Women's Voices Chorus, <br /> Hollis holds piano performance degrees from Oberlin Conservatory and the University of Illinois at <br /> Champaign-Urbana, and received her Doctor of Musical Arts in Collaborative Piano from The University <br /> of North Carolina at Greensboro An avid educator, she has conducted masterclasses and coached <br /> collaborative pianists and vocalists at Shenandoah, Furman, and Longwood Universities, and presented <br /> lecture-recitals at Duke University about the fortepiann and music of Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven and <br /> Schunert„ <br /> Previously on faculty at Wheaton College, Guilford College and The University of North Carolina at <br /> Greensboro, and a collaborative pianist at Duke University and The University of North Carolina at <br /> Chapel Hill, Dr„ Hollis is an active recitalist and maintains a private studio in piano, collaborative piano, <br /> and vocal and chamber music coaching. <br /> 5 <br />
