Project Evaluation Plan <br /> We are requesting funding to support our operating budget, specifically the salary of our rehearsal <br /> accompanist. Evaluation will focus on both financial outcomes of as well as the quality of the concerts and <br /> their reception by the audience and our m,-mbers. We will gauge audience reaction through a brief' <br /> survey. Quality is reviewed from live recordings by the Artistic Director. The Board further evaluates <br /> published orificell reviews and member feedback.The Board also examines trends in ticket sales, revenue <br /> streams, expense lines, and member satisfaction as markers of organizational health. <br /> Appendices: <br /> 1.
