<br />Sim L. Efland, Edwin Lanier, Dwight Ray and Henrg Walker. Members absent none.
<br />Minutes for the mee tinge held oa July 5th, 22nd and 26th ware recd by the
<br />~'- Clerk and approved by the Hoard.
<br />L. IIpoa motion of Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commissioner Lanier, it was
<br />ordered that the County Accountant take the sec eeeary ataps to see that acreene
<br />ware purchased and Snetal,i ed Por the 18 windows and 2 doors of the basement
<br />offices of the new courthouse. Commiselonera Walker, Lanier and Rag voting in
<br />the affirmative, Commissioner ffiland voted in the negative,
<br />Represents tlvee of White Oak Church requested that the Board Furnish
<br />grevele for the Cnrr Road in Cedar Grove Township as there was to be an
<br />Aesoci,tfonal meeting held at the Church is the near future, The Board
<br />referred the repr ea entativea to Mr. C. I, Walters, Highway Sput.

<br />unanimously passed, it wen agreeded that the Bar As sociatlon could purchase
<br />and install sa air conditioning unit Sa the vault oP the Register of Deeds
<br />oPPice so long sa said unit did not protrude from the vault windows or mar the
<br />apperance oP said office.
<br />IIpon motion of Comma eaioaer Leaser, seconded by Commies ioner Walker, and
<br />unanimously passed, the_County Accountant was authorized to proceed with
<br />ne6gotatfona with the local government commlaeSon connerning the sale of the
<br />^Pjl}o, 000,00 of school improvement bonds.
<br /> The Board agreed to inspect a road petition submitted by M. L. Carver.

<br /> which is now under way, and that Mrs. Pope would be responsible to Mr. Lynch

<br /> ol.d Recorder's Court Pines and-costa where St is evident that sa1.d Pines and
<br /> coats can not be collected, Said committee is then to recommend to the
<br /> Board the number of cue ee they feel should be deleted,

<br /> unanimously passed Mr, Lynch, Clerk of Court, was authorized to make a
<br /> compl.ete'eeparation of the Recorder's Court and Superior Covrt bookkeeping
<br /> and accounting eyateme, this to be effeative July 1, 1955•
<br /> IIpoa motion of Commies loner ffiland, seconded by Commies ioner Ray, and
<br /> unanimously passed, Mr, Lyacti, Sam Gattie and Tom Hrafford, Auditor, are
<br /> authorized to employ additional temporary help after the completion of the
<br /> separation of the bookkeeping system in the Clerk's office, so that the
<br /> bookke aping can ba brought up to date is the Clerk's office. Mr. Lynch
<br /> Se to report to the Hoard at the September meeting of the plane which nave
<br /> been made coacerniag this matter.
