(Planning) <br /> f) Who is your target population of individuals to benefit from this program and how will they be <br /> identified and connected with the program? <br /> Boomerang primarily serves youth ages 11-19 in Orange County. Please note, we continue <br /> to provide support to a small cohort of young people who are now beyond this age range, <br /> but who return to us after middle and/or high school for support and mentorship. Youth are <br /> referred by the two school districts, juvenile justice system and other non-profits whose work <br /> supports at risk youth including Family Success Alliance and Orange County Misdemeanor <br /> Diversion Program. <br /> g) Describe the credentials of the program manager and other key staff. (Ex.
