Work Plan/Performance Measures <br />Students and tutors will arrange a schedule and work with OCLC staff to set short- and long-term <br />objectives, Tutors wfll plan the lessons and tutor assigned students x:x or small groups in reading, <br />writing or math at a literacy center or any site of their mutual choice for x year. Volunteers will assist <br />with ongoing operational duties, special fundraisers and student recognition events, Depending on <br />the motivation and schedule of the student, the service will be provided for xz months, <br />_._ -.: <br />xz volunteers will serve x,4z8 hours annual total serving xz students approximately x to z hours per <br />week (x2 x 2 hours x 48 wks = xx52 tutors + 36 hours training + zoo hours board members [3 x zo <br />hrs per quarter]=x428).
