Work Plan/Performance Measures <br />preparation, provide assistance with writing correspondence and general companionship, (Dept on <br />Aging Eldercare-Friend to Friend Program) <br />nticipated Input ' <br />12 Friend-to-Friend volunteers will spend approximately 576 hours annually engaged in activities <br />with Orange County clients. Volunteers will spend a total of t2 hours per week for 48 weeks serving <br />z4 homebound clients living alone and helping them maintain independence. Each client will <br />receive r hour of service per weelcfor a rz-month period. RSVP standard benefit package and <br />recognition apply. Agency's Volunteer Coordinator checks references, runs criminal background <br />checks and provides orientation and training.
