The <br /> speaker that I've acquired is Rwenshaun Miller, MA, LPCA and he is a Counselor and Mental Health Advocate for over 10 <br /> years, and has, attempted suicide multiple times. His request for payment is$1,500. <br /> Kim and I are working on the contract for his service on 9/22, from 6p—8p and I've attached that for your review. <br /> Since he does not have liability insurance, can you approve waiving the requirement for Rwenshaun to takeout personal <br /> liability insurance and allow the health department to assume the liability? <br /> Thank you, <br /> 1 <br />
