Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools Special District Tax <br /> A motion was made by Chair Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to maintain <br /> the CHCCS Special District Tax rate of 20.08 cents per $100 of assessed valuation. <br />
