Statutory Boards-By-laws vs state statutes: <br /> It was requested at the February 21, 2017 meeting that information be provided about <br /> internal by-laws in reference to statutory boards: <br /> By Laws/NCGS for Statutory Boards: <br /> Board of Health- Under NCGS- 130A-35 but also has their own internal by- laws. <br /> DSS-only under-GS§ 108A-1 —there are no internal by laws. <br /> ABC Board operates under the General Statues as a political sub-division of the state.
