The petitions and responses are listed below: <br /> 1) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Jacobs that the Board receive a presentation on the <br /> Lands Legacy Program status/etc. in fall 2017. <br /> Response:Lands Legacy Triennial Action Plan is due to come to BOCC in November. <br /> 2) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Jacobs that the analysis of House Bill 795 by Steve <br /> Brantley be sent to NCACC. <br /> Response: Bill has been put on hold in General Assembly; staff will continue to monitor, and analyze <br /> if/when the bill moves forward. <br /> 3) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Price that the Board discuss a process for receiving <br /> reports from advisory boards at a fall work session. <br /> Response: To be reviewed and considered as item for 9/7/2017 work session. <br /> Best regards, <br /> ,1(1/ <br /> Mark Dorosin, Chair <br /> Board of County Commissioners <br />
