Included in the application was a recommended Finding of No <br />Significant Impact by Corley Redfoot Zack, Inc., the applicant's consultant. <br />The State 30 -day review period ended on February 20, 2006. Only two agencies returned <br />comments —DEHNR and Department of Cultural Resources. Neither agency recommended any <br />changes to the project proposal. <br />Based on the applicant's application and adherence to a minimal disturbance on the site, staff' <br />makes a Finding of No Significant Impact. <br />
