S
Brian Dobyns: But, why to 86? It is more dangerous than the road along Storey Lane
Michelle Kempinski: I have a question about phasing Is the proposed building expansion
included in Phase I or Phase 2?
Eddie Kirk. It's included in Phase 1.
Michelle Kempinski: So, Phase 2 will be an entirely new application?
Eddie Kirk Yes
Renee Price - Saunders: What is the motivation to have the stub -out at the end?
Eddie Kirk: It is recommended for future intereonnectivity, emergency and Phase 2,
Renee Price - Saunders: If intereonnectivity is desired, why didn't the middle school request it
when it was built?
Eddie Kirk: On page 67 and 68, you can see that the expanded right-of-way is shown on both of
the recorded plats, and was previously included on the middle school property. This just
provides for the possible future expansion of the right -of -way on the north side of Storey Lane in
case there is a Phase 2.
.Jay Bryan: Based on the Rules of Procedure, Judith can't abstain from voting.
Mike Hammersley: Conditions #11 and #12 were asked of us. We have no more comments.
Sally Logan: Will there be another public hearing for Phase 2? Stoney Creek residents will
want to voice great opposition to the extension the road.
.Jay Bryan: Yes, it is our understanding that this will happen with Phase 2..
Brian Dobyns: Are there plans for a bikeway along 86? That would make more sense for the
sidewalk.
Craig Benedict: Yes, since the area is in the Urban Transition Area, one will eventually be
installed,
Sam Lasris: Is 86 scheduled to be widened soon?
Craig Benedict: Not in this section of 86 There is proposed widening along 86 between US 10
and US 70 Business.
Renee Price- Saunders: Wasn't this area included in the bike plan?
