The existing turn lanes on NC 86 should provide acceptable storage <br />for the anticipated traffic generated by this site. Parking and turning <br />manuevers should be prohibitted along the shared srequired for this ts site, <br />100' of NC 86. No NCDOT driveway p <br />however an encroachment agreement is required for proposed utility <br />est oork <br />within the NC 86 R/W.
