Initially, a new classroom and office building of approximately 3,600 SF will be <br />constructed, along with related sitework. The SUP would also include a future expansion of the <br />building of 2,900 SF. <br />The initial construction includes a 3,600 -SF building and 19 parking spaces, with a dropoff area and <br />associated sidewalks. Access to the building will be provided off of Storey Lane. The existing <br />driveway connection on Storey Lane will be relocated temporarily in order to facilitate the new <br />construction, but this relocation will not impede access to the existing School/ Community Relations <br />Center at 1010 Storey Lane. <br />The 3,600 -SF school building will consist of two classrooms, restrooms, and office space. A total of <br />50 students and five staff members are anticipated to occupy the building initially. The school is <br />needed for use by the opening of the 2006 -2007 school year. <br />Construction of a 2,900 -SF addition is anticipated within the next three to five years.
