Ordinance Requirements <br />2. School projects that <br />include retention /detention <br />ponds shall comply with <br />the requirements in Section <br />6.23.4, Operation and <br />Maintenance of Structural <br />Best Management <br />Practices. <br />g. Grading and Erosion Control <br />1. Plans for grading and <br />erosion control shall <br />comply with standards <br />contained in the Orange <br />County Erosion and <br />Sediment Control <br />Ordinance and Manual and, <br />if applicable, The North <br />Carolina Erosion and <br />Sedimentation Control <br />Program rules; <br />2. Construction shall be <br />phased to minimize <br />disturbance and <br />sedimentation; <br />3, Sediment control <br />measures shall be properly <br />installed to filter sediment <br />from runoff during <br />construction and <br />maintained until grading is <br />complete and a permanent <br />vegetative cover has been <br />established and all slopes <br />stabilized; and <br />4.
