(0 <br />11, A five feet wide sidewalk located three feet behind the curb and gutter on Storey <br />Lane shall be constructed from the easternmost entrance to the school west to the <br />eastern right -of -way of NC 86. <br />12. Contemporaneously with the recording of the Special Use permit, the Orange <br />County Board of Education shall survey, dedicate and convey to Orange County by <br />deed, on a deed form approved by the Orange County attorney, sufficient additional <br />right -of -way on the north side of Storey Lane to allow for the future alignment of the <br />northern right -of -way line of Storey Lane to the northern right -of -way line of <br />Graystone Lane in the Stoney Creek Subdivision. No interconnectivity or <br />improvements to Storey Lane have been proposed and none are authorized herein. <br />If, in the future, the Orange County Board of Education submits an application for the <br />approval of a subsequent phase of the property, the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners will then give additional consideration to traffic and safety issues of <br />Storey Lane, interconnectivity and possible improvements thereon. <br />This Special Use Permit, Class A shall become effective upon approval. <br />2006. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner seconded by Commissioner <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted this the day of <br />I, Donna S.
