6 <br /> 1 2) Owners Vann Bennett and Bernadette Pelissier have submitted an application to enroll three <br /> 2 (3) parcels of land totaling 90.47 acres as qualifying farmland for the Enhanced Voluntary <br /> 3 Agricultural District program (EVAD) in the Cedar Grove Agricultural District. The farm operation <br /> 4 includes blueberries, blackberries, fruit and vegetable crops, and managed woodland. The farm <br /> 5 has been evaluated against each of the EVAD certification requirement standards and meets or <br /> 6 exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 3) Owners Charles (Gene) and Ruth Williams have submitted an application to enroll two (2) <br /> 9 parcels of land totaling of 72 acres as qualifying farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District <br /> 10 (VAD) program located in the White Cross Agricultural District. The farm includes pasture and <br /> 11 hay crops for beef cattle, and managed woodland. The farm has been evaluated against each of <br /> 12 the VAD certification requirement standards and meets or exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 4) Owners and family members Doug and Heidi Brown and Helmut and Karen Poerschke have <br /> 15 submitted an application to enroll two (2) parcel of land totaling 31.82 acres as qualifying <br /> 16 farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District (VAD) program in the Cedar Grove <br /> 17 Agricultural District. The farm operation includes horses, beef cattle, pastures, hay crops <br /> 18 and managed woodland. The farm has been evaluated against each of the VAD certification <br /> 19 requirement standards and meets or exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 5) Owners Wayne Parmley and Alicia Belcher have submitted an application to enroll one (1) <br /> 22 parcel of land totaling of 42 acres as qualifying farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District <br /> 23 (VAD) program located in the Cedar Grove Agricultural District. The farm includes seasonal <br /> 24 vegetables, pasture for hogs, goats, and chickens, and managed woodland. The farm has <br /> 25 been evaluated against each of the VAD certification requirement standards and meets or <br /> 26 exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 6) Owners Jeff Berst and Stephanie Bullins have submitted an application to enroll one (1) <br /> 29 parcel of land totaling 52 acres as qualifying farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District <br /> 30 (VAD) program in the Caldwell Agricultural District. The farm operation includes tobacco and <br /> 31 hay crops, transitioning to vegetables, berries, and fruit trees; in addition to managed <br /> 32 woodland. The farm has been evaluated against each of the VAD certification requirement <br /> 33 standards and meets or exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 7) Owners of the Merry Hill Farm, represented by Lynne Holtkamp (on behalf of multiple family <br /> 36 members), have submitted an application to enroll five (5) parcels of land totaling of 115.25 <br /> 37 acres as qualifying farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District (VAD) program located in the <br /> 38 Cane Creek/Buckhorn Agricultural District. The farm includes beef cattle, pasture, hay crops <br /> 39 and managed woodland. The farm has been evaluated against each of the VAD certification <br /> 40 requirement standards and meets or exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 8) Owner Lee Miller has submitted an application to enroll two (2) parcel of land totaling 50.63 <br /> 43 acres as qualifying farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District (VAD) program in the Caldwell <br /> 44 Agricultural District. The farm operation includes hay crops and managed woodland. The farm <br /> 45 property has been evaluated against each of the VAD certification requirement standards and <br /> 46 meets or exceeds all of the measures above. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 9) Owner Ann Bacon Hollowell has submitted an application to update ownership for one (1) <br /> 49 parcel of land totaling 42.22 acres as qualifying farmland for the Voluntary Agricultural District <br /> 50 (VAD) program located in the Schley/Eno Agricultural District. The parcel is part of the original <br /> 51 Bacon Family enrolled in the VAD program in 2002; therefore, these acres will not increase the <br />
