Stroud expiring 06/30/2021*. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 *NOTE —The positions on this Board are four year terms. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 VOTE: Ayes, 4 (Chair Dorosin, Commissioner McKee, Commissioner Price, Commissioner <br /> 29 Burroughs); Nays, 3 (Commissioner Marcoplos, Commissioner Rich, Commissioner Jacobs) <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Commissioner McKee asked if feedback could be secured from all boards. <br /> 32 Donna Baker said James Stroud, and all boards, were invited to come to BOCC work <br /> 33 sessions in the spring, and he had not responded. <br /> 34 Commissioner Jacobs said he and former Commissioner Pelissier met with James <br /> 35 Stroud when he was appointed, and specifically requested periodic updates with the BOCC. He <br /> 36 said Mr. Stroud has ignored this request for four years. <br /> 37 Chair Dorosin said it would have been helpful if Commissioner Jacobs had mentioned <br /> 38 this information prior to the vote. <br /> 39 Commissioner McKee said that he would contact Mr. Strowd to impress the Board's <br /> 40 desire for, and expectation of, feedback. <br /> 41 Chair Dorosin implored the Board to share any relevant information about nominees in <br /> 42 the future. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 f. Chapel Hill Parks, Greenways, and Recreation Commission —Appointment <br /> 45 The Board will consider making an appointment to the Chapel Hill Parks, Greenways, <br /> 46 and Recreation Commission. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br /> 49 appoint the following to the Chapel Hill Parks, Greenways, and Recreation Commission: <br /> 50 <br />
