The assemblages include <br /> property in the vicinity of Millhouse Road, property to the north of the Town of Chapel Hill's <br /> Operations Facility, and the northern Chapel Hill Transition Area. The areas in question are <br /> identical to those presented to the Board of Commissioners on February 13, 2017 for <br /> consideration as amendments to the Joint Planning Agreement. <br /> The Chapel Hill Town Council and I would appreciate the opportunity to engage in a dialogue , <br /> with the BOCC on this topic in the fall and have asked our Town Manager to coordinate next <br /> steps with the County Manager and her staff <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this request.
