Our request pertains to three assemblages of land, totaling 184.9 acres. The assemblages include property in the vicinity of Millhouse Road, property to the north of the Town of Chapel Hill's Operations Facility, and the northern Chapel Hill Transition Area. The areas in question are identical to those presented to the Board of Commissioners on February 13, 2017 for consideration as amendments to the Joint Planning Agreement. The Chapel Hill Town Council and I would appreciate the opportunity to engage in a dialogue , with the BOCC on this topic in the fall and have asked our Town Manager to coordinate next steps with the County Manager and her staff Thank you for your consideration of this request.
