33 <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> AUTHORIZATION, TERMS, EXECUTION <br /> AND DELIVERY OF BONDS <br /> Section 2.01. Authorized Amount of Bonds;Execution and Delivery. No Bonds may be issued <br /> under this Indenture except in accordance with this Article II. The aggregate principal amount of 1993A <br /> Bonds that may be issued is $[AMOUNT OF 1993A BONDS], and the aggregate principal amount of the <br /> 1993B Bonds that may be issued is $[AMourrr OF 1993B BONDS]. <br /> In order to provide moneys for deposit in the funds and accounts created hereunder, the Bonds <br /> shall be issued, sold and delivered hereunder. <br /> The Bonds shall be delivered in fully registered form and in Authorized Denominations, in <br /> substantially the form as provided in Exhibit A hereto. The Bonds will be lettered "R-," and will be <br /> numbered separately from 1 consecutively upward. The 1993A Bonds shall mature'(subject to the right <br /> to purchase and of prior redemption as hereinafter set forth) on December 1, 1995 through December 1, <br /> [DATE OF MATURITY] as set forth in Section 2.03, and the 1993B Bonds shall mature on <br /> December 1, 1995. <br /> Section 2.02. Details of Bonds; Payment. <br /> (a) The Bonds will initially all be dated the as of December 1, 1993, and Bonds <br /> executed in exchange for or on the registration of transfer of Bonds will be dated as of the <br /> Interest Payment Date preceding the day of authentication thereof, unless the date of such <br /> authentication is an Interest Payment Date to which interest on the Bonds has been paid in full <br /> or duly provided for in accordance with the terms of this Indenture, in which case they will be <br /> dated as of such Interest Payment Date; except that if, as shown by the records of the Paying <br /> Agent, interest on the Bonds is in default, Bonds executed and delivered in exchange for or upon <br /> registration of transfer of Bonds will be dated as of the date to which interest on the Bonds has <br /> been paid in full. If no interest has been paid on the Bonds, Bonds executed and delivered in <br /> exchange for or upon the registration of transfer of Bonds will be dated as of December 1, 1993. <br /> (b) Principal of and premium, if any, on the Bonds will be payable at the principal <br /> office of the Paying Agent. Payment of the principal of and premium, if any, on the Bonds will <br /> be made on the presentation and surrender of such Bonds as the same will become due and <br /> payable. Payment of the interest on each Bond will be made by the Paying Agent on each <br /> Interest Payment Date to the person appearing as the Owner thereof as of the close of business <br /> on the Record Date preceding the Interest Payment Date, by check mailed to such Owner at his <br /> address as it appears on the registration books maintained by the Registrar or at such other <br /> address as is furnished in writing by such Owner to the Registrar. <br /> Section 2.03.
