32. <br /> (n) Consent. If one person becomes the registered owner of all of the Outstanding <br /> Bonds and this Indenture requires the consent of the Trustee for a particular purpose, then the <br /> consent of that person will be required in lieu of the consent of the Trustee for that purpose. <br /> (o) Remedies.
