1� <br /> (d) establish fees and charges for the use of the CAC competitive with similar <br /> facilities located in the County, but with preferential fees and charges to residents of the <br /> County for all pool uses and activities; and <br /> (e) assist the County Recreation and Parks Department in providing special pool <br /> activities at the CAC for its program participants. <br /> (f) establish a schedule of pool hours, uses, and <br /> activities that is satisfactory to the County — <br /> changes to such schedule may be made from time to <br /> time or in special circumstances through agreement <br /> between the Corporation and the Orange County <br /> Recreation & Parks Department. <br /> The County and the Corporation acknowledge that a temporary closing under Section 3.03 of the <br /> Agreement is intended to permit closure only for major repairs to the CAC. <br /> Section 4. Operating Memorandum as Part of Agreement Between County and Corporation. <br /> Although denominated as an Operating Memorandum, and subject to annual review, this document is a <br /> part of the Agreement and is to be interpreted as if incorporated verbatim into the Agreement. <br /> Section 5. Term.
