8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEASE BETWEEN COUNTY AND CCR BUILDING <br /> JOINT VENTURE. The Lease between County and CCR Building Joint Venture is Exhibit 1 to this <br /> lease, and is incorporated herein by reference.
