During the coaching sessions, we can address log book <br /> issues, assist your operators in becoming more self sufficient, and improve the skills <br /> of your operators to better meet the needs of your facility and their specific job <br /> responsibilities. The use of this time will be for coaching unless otherwise directed by <br /> owner.
