Comments at these meetings have . <br /> focused on revising the plan to comply with the Town's Land Use Ordnance (WO), and <br /> • creating a good overall design for a residential project. Orange County staff including Gene <br /> Boils Tina Moon, and Fen Ivins, has attended these meetings from time-to-lime and have <br /> exchanged information with Carrboro staff throughout the process. <br /> Since the project is in Carrborots planning jurscIicton (Transition Area 1), subject to Carrborors <br /> land use regulations, County staff has l irn ited their rem a rl to issues within the Courts _ <br /> purview. ken Ivins, the Erosion Control Supervisor provided sub to ntl&I comments regarding <br /> storTwater management at the June 19th meeting and offered to work with the applicant <br /> directly to address his concerns.
